What It Does

The Microsoft 365 integration enables CaseDocker to work seamlessly with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Users can access CaseDocker documents from SharePoint, sync calendars, manage emails directly from cases, and collaborate on documents within Microsoft Teams.

Setup Steps

  1. Provide Azure AD App Credentials

    Share tenant ID and Azure app client ID/secret or grant admin consent. The CaseDocker team will configure the connection.

  2. Grant Permissions

    Grant required API permissions for Microsoft Graph API including Files.ReadWrite, Mail.ReadWrite, and Calendar.ReadWrite.

  3. Configure Authentication

    Set up OAuth 2.0 authentication in CaseDocker admin panel using Azure AD app credentials.

  4. Enable Integrations

    Enable specific integrations (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) based on your organizational needs.

  5. Test Connectivity

    Test document sync, email integration, and calendar sync to verify the integration is working correctly.
