What It Does
The DocuSign integration enables seamless e-signature workflows within CaseDocker. Contracts can be sent for signature directly from CaseDocker, with automatic status updates and signed document retrieval. The integration supports multiple signers, signing orders, and template-based workflows.
Setup Steps
- Provide DocuSign Access
Ensure your DocuSign account has API access and share the integration key/credentials, or authorize the CaseDocker team to configure on your behalf.
- Generate Integration Key
Create an integration key in DocuSign admin console and configure OAuth settings for CaseDocker.
- Configure OAuth
Set up OAuth authentication in CaseDocker admin panel using DocuSign integration key and secret.
- Map Document Fields
Configure how CaseDocker contract documents map to DocuSign envelopes and signature fields.
- Set Workflow Rules
Define automated workflows for sending documents, handling completed signatures, and updating contract status.
